Froyle Wildlife (“we”) keeps information (“data”) relating to our members and contacts on a computer system.  This statement sets out our policy for using your data.

We collect your data when you complete an application for membership or provide it if you attend one of our meetings.  This data will comprise your name and your contact details.

We will use your data to create mailing lists of our members and contacts, inform you of meetings and events we organise, maintain our subscription records and process any claims for Gift Aid, and keep a register of our members (as required by the Charity Commission).  We will not use your data for any purposes other than Froyle Wildlife’s, and will not release contact details to other organisations.

We would appreciate it if you could let us know of any changes to your data so that we can keep our records up to date.
